Vistek,
Are you getting any exceptions while building? if you built from source, a jar file should have been created. You should run jEdit using that jar.

The command should be something like:
java -jar jedit.jar

If you're serious about looking into the source code, and possibly developing for jEdit, you should join the developers mailing list (in the least), and perhaps the users mailing list.
http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=588

Cheers and good luck.

First of all Thanks your explanation.

No I was not getting any exception when building JEdit project. I use Borland JBuilder IDE on Windows and I want to use debugging options of IDE. But ı do not find correct starting point (public static void main Smiling) ) in source code. When using the main func of TextArea class one gui is shown but is not correct gui.

I'll join mailing list to follow this project.

You might want to check the documentation (or the jedit shell script created by the installer) for the parameters to pass to main(...).
