Get the Editor Scheme plugin and select the Emacs scheme
The Switch Buffer plugin provides functinality equivalent to the iswitchb library
jEdit uses Bean Shell as a macro language. Bean Shell has a syntax very similar to Java. A Jython Interpreter plugin is also available if you don't like Bean Shell.
One day a plugin should be written for integrating ABCL (www.armedbear.org) into jEdit. This will allow emacs lisp code to be ported.
You probably will want a ctrl-k macro that behaves the way you expect Emacs to.
