problem with plugins.jedit.org

I can't connect to plugins.jedit.org to install new plugins.
Maybe it's only with my PC, but I have the problem with linux and with windows.
And I have installed jEdit 4.2 several times.

I have the exact same problem running jedit 4.2 under Debian Sid. Seems to be a problem with the php-script.

Seems like a problem with a web-cache not being able to write to it's disk. Hopefully someone who administers this site will wake up soon and fix it?

Is it even possible to manually download plugins?
