Can't resize jEdit window anymore

Hi All

I have a really dumb problem, I can already see the solution must be a simple switch somewhere, but can't find it.

After installing jEdit 4.2final on Windows (corporate environment, old Java version 1.3), I was initially able to change the window size in the usual way. Must have inadvertedly flicked some interface switch, now it always stays maximized, no matter how many times I toggle the "maximize/restore down" button in the window corner.

Anyone know how to switch it back?

Just a guess... it could be that your window is restored, but that the restored size is identical to the maximize size. Try picking your window's edges with the mouse and dragging them inwards! Also, have a look at the middle icon, in the upper right corner icon group. It should change every time you switch toggle the window state, if everything is ok - and my guess also

The problem with the window modes is that when I click restore, although the middle icon changes to indicate the window is not in maximized mode anymore, the window edges (and corners) do not change to draggable as they should, but rather stay in the typical, unchangable, maximized state.

Dunno what had first snapped it into that odd state, but double-clicking on the title bar brought it back to normal. D'oh!!
