Project Viewer - "Directories to ignore" not working?
by Anonymous on Tue, 19/04/2005 - 15:40
Has anyone else seen the behavior in the new Project Viewer where "Directories to ignore" is being...well, ignored? My imports are importing files from those directories as well as everything else.

Also, it seems as though the "!" in the files to import isn't really working, at least not for a pattern like "!findmerge.*".

Is this working for anyone else?
Updated Plugins give io zip error
by Anonymous on Tue, 12/04/2005 - 15:39
Hi-
All of the updated plugins give some type of io/zip error when I use the Plugin Manager to update to them. ProjectViewer is now gone and the Pluging Manager can't seem to install it. Running 4.2 final on OS X 10.3.4

ProjectViewer and SQL
by Anonymous on Sun, 20/03/2005 - 11:29
Hi,

When I install new versions of ProjectViewer and SQL plugin, working together is ended with error:
Cannot start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: projectviewer/config/ProjectOptionsPlugin.

Same problem

The new version of ProjectViewer is not compatible with the SQL plugin.

Installing a previous version of the Project Viewer (2.0.4) fixed the problem, but installing a previous version of the SQL plugin did not, so the problem is definitely with the project viewer.

Not Project Viewer Problem
by Anonymous on Wed, 30/03/2005 - 17:46
The problem is caused by a change in the Project Viewer, but it is not really a problem with that plugin.

The SQL Plugin is still using APIs that were deprecated with jEdit 4.2. The ProjectViewer developers simply removed a file that was no longer needed with the 4.2 Plugin APIs.

The SQL plugin needs to be modified to use the 4.2 APIs.

I discovered the same problem
