Running programs after compiling

Hi,

I have just started using JEdit, can anyone tell me how I can get my programs to run after I have compiled it.

Running programs from within jEdit

If the program is simple (like a single file Java program), try opening the Console and clicking the "running man" symbol (Run).
Get the Console Plugin. T

Get the Console Plugin.

Then record a Macro
Type in the System Command Line not BeanShell !!

cd ${d} // change to working directory
./${c} // run current buffer

Stop recording a Macro
