abbreviations import-export

Hi,
is there any way to import / export abbreviations?

I have come to use them quite a bit and have to reinstall my machine and would like to cary them over.

Thank you, I was also looking for exporting the abbreviations ; This information would be useful in the help, in the "abbreviations" section.
