in EditPlus there are cliptext for all what you want, ready or you can create your own in a very simple way like the one for CSS2

snippets are a part of code you want to reuse

for exemple

Throw New Exception ("!*")

where !* will be the place to write your message

jEdit has abbreviations...... Not sure if that is the same as snippets. Have a look in the jEdit help to see what they can do.

yes but I cannot find the file to change it or how to create a new file

for exemple htmltags is all uppercase, I want to change all in lowercase and add or remove elements ... I havec changed the xml file but it changes nothing

usually you can find the documentation about this plugin also in the jedit-help (scroll down on the left side until you see "plugins").

I mean Plugin > clipper > htmltags

where can I find this file to edit it ?

and how can i create my own clipper ? (css2 for exemple)

AFAIK the predefined libraries can only be edited if you extract them from the .JAR-file, if you create own files, put them in the path, which is defined in the plugin options and name them "whatever.cliplibrary"
