How to enabled "Buffer Tab" ?

Hi folks,

I've been looking all over the configurations available in jEdit, but I couldn't find one to enable "Buffer Tab".
I really like to have my jEdit looks like this (just the buffer tab part):

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's "FOLDING" now...

Sorry guys, I didn't realize it is a plug-ins function.
Now I have "buffer tab" working all right.

BUT... here is another problem,
how do I get that "dark triangle" at the very left of the edit pane ? I mean which plug-ins should I install to get that (actually fold a section of code, instead of only mark it up as a section)?

get the "Configurable Fold Handler" plugin for generic folding, there are others that are specific to a file type.
