How to set HTML syntax highlighting for all files with extension .ftl ?

In the global options

Utilities -> Global Options -> Editing
=> Change Settings for mode: HTML
=> Uncheck "Use default settings"
=> Change the glob (e. g. to "*.{html,htm,hta,ftl}")
