Changes to message boards

We have reorganized the various forums so that there are fewer forums and general categories. All messages received so far remain available for viewing and response.
The various forums also now have a "Subscribe" option where you can elect to have copies of the messages delivered to you by email.

Let us know if you have comments on these changes or suggestions for further changes.
