How Do I Stop jEdit Server Running at Startup on Windows?

Hi,

Is there a way to stop jEdit Server running at startup on Windows?

You have confirmed this option at install. So You can deinstall and reinstall jEdit (and of course deactivate this option).

Alternatly, if You were familiar with the registry, delete the registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\jEdit.

Reinstallation is not necessary. I would suggest reading the manual.

I didn't see anything useful on that manual page about configuring jEdit to not start at login. I would suggest rewriting the manual.

I couldn't find the above mentioned registry key either. But Start -> Run -> "msconfig" is an easy way to turn it off.
