Is it possible to add in the Buffertabs tab contextmenu a "new" and a "save as" entry?
How should I do that ?
what compiler can i use?

It's not configurable. You would have to change the plugin itself (java).

Hello,

It is not possible to add new actions with the option panel.
However it is simple to edit the BufferTabs.props file and add your actions in the property "buffertabs.popup"

If the action does not already exists in jEdit you can create it in the actions.xml file and reference it. ( See "buffertabs.copy-name" for example )
