Hello.
Can JEdit highlight FreeBASIC, QBasic or any other BASIC dialect code?

There is a VBScript syntax highlighting mode. That might be good enough for you. Otherwise you can copy <path_to_jedit>/modes/vbscript.xml to <path_to_jedit>/modes/QBasic.xml and then tweak QBasic.xml to your heart's content. Modifying the syntax highlighting modes is incredibly easy.
