Find default to word under cursor
Submitted by FredJones on Tuesday, 5 August, 2008 - 16:49
Is there a plugin or config option to allow me to just place the cursor on a word and then have the Find or Find Again automatically use that word?

Thank you.

Hi,
it's built-in. Try:
- Search -> Incremental Search for Word
- Search -> HyperSearch for Word

Wow, those are GREAT. Why didn't anyone tell me about jEdit years ago? Thus far it seems better than UltraEdit and Notepad++.
