im new in jEdit, please just want to know how to turn on thous block line-s

i can see line numbers, but not block lines like on picture
 
Whitespace Plugin

Ah, I'm somewhat blind, sorry.

You need the Whitespace Plugin and have to enable "Fold Guides". You can do this for the current buffer only via the plugin menu or for every new opened buffer via plugin options, where You can also can set the color for the lines.
