after installing red dots and blue line in editore

Hi i am new to jedit and just installed jedit version 4.3 on windows 7. now i have three problems.

1. there are red dots on every line
2. there is one blue horizontal line on middle of the page.
3. i installed the FTP plugin but its not connecting to my server host.

1. "Utilities -> Global Options -> Text Area -> End of Line Markers" lets You change the color and toggle the visibility of line ends.

2. I think that I've never seen a blue horizontal line in a buffer except a line of selected text...

3. I don't use ftp with jEdit. Did You check the plugin options?

and also when i save a file it is saving one copy of that along. how to stop that.

This line marks the margin for word wrapping, even if word wrap isn't active.
