But I've just seen something:

Each time I invoque the .bat, my firewall (zonealarm) ask me about allow Java SE binay access to internet. Answering No, the file is opened in a new jEdit instance. Answering Yes, the file is opened in the existing instance.

I can allow Java SE binary access internet everytime to solve my problem. But I'm not sure, because I trust jEdit, but I don't want allow all Java applications access internet.

And why jEdit need internet access for this fonction? Before it works without that.

If You want jEdit to not start an extra instance it has to be able to communicate with an existing instance. This communication uses the Internet protocol (see http://www.jedit.org/users-guide/starting.html ). So, You have to allow Java to "access the Internet", but You could limit this access to the target address 127.0.0.1 ("localhost") if ZoneAlarm lets You do this.

ZoneAlarm can handle permissions for 2 differents zones: internet and trusted. I put localhost in the trusted zone, and allow java to always access this zone. And my problem is solved! Thank you very much.

You may see this message when Java Updater is trying to access internet to download latest version of Java. Do you have jusched.exe running as a background process?

No, Java Updater isn't running. I prefer to do it manually.
My problem is now solved, but thank you for your help.
