Ok, this is an ugly hack, but here is what I am trying: I installed the Xilize plugin. I defined the following at the top of my text file:

define. page <div style="page-break-before:always"></div>

and throughout my text file I insert the following between pages:

${page}

I run Xilize on the file, save the HTML generated to another file, open that file in a browser, and print from the browser...

Now if only Xilize would work properly...
'Xilize current buffer' does NOTHING. I have to select the entire file and 'Xilize the selection' to generate HTML...

Even better would be the ability to set the page size to 4" x 6" and be able to SEE the page boundaries while editing, like the 80 column page wrap boundary we see now.
