Errors in jEdit Community site

There are errors on jEdit Community site.

For example:

user error: Can't open file: 'cache.MYI' (errno: 145)
query: SELECT data, created FROM cache WHERE cid = 'archive:calendar:1217574000' in /home/groups/j/je/jedit-community/htdocs/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 90.

A lot of errors a warnings in http://community.jedit.org/ site again.

: Function call_user_method_array() is deprecated in /home/groups/j/je/jedit-community/htdocs/includes/theme.inc on line 232.
warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /home/groups/j/je/jedit-community/htdocs/includes/module.inc on line 36.

: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. Please use the date.timezone setting, the TZ environment variable or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'UTC' for 'UTC/0.0/no DST' instead in /home/groups/j/je/jedit-community/htdocs/includes/common.inc on line 849.

Maybe they're related to some SourceForge data migrations. So we hope they will go as they have come - without anything to do.
